on-site training

We offer on-site training, with one of our Sales Development Managers who are on hand to talk the dealer through the online system and offer tips on how to maximise the potential that the programme offers.

We offer an on-line training manual; this 'talks' the dealer through what the Service Plans are and how to offer them. The benefit of this is that each user can access this training on their own workstation or computer, as long as they have internet access and can post questions that they may have on the site to be answered by our Support Team. This tool can be used to launch the programme to new users or as a refresher tool to users that have sold service plans in the past.

Our quoting system is accessed via the internet so it does not require any external software to be installed. It is a quick and easy to use and again is personalised to each dealer.

Each user is given a username and password to use; quotes can be generated and saved for future reference, enhancing the possibilities for marketing opportunities.

With each dealer we can provide POS material personalised to their own corporate identity needs if required, something that most of our customers really like!

Once a service plan is live, our toolkit allows the dealer to check the customers plan details including amount of Funds paid into their plan to date and any servicing that has been paid against the plan. This is used when invoicing the service by the Service Department and full training is also provided in our Online Training Workshop.

Each month we generate a suite of reports that are published online for the accounts department of each dealership, again with the use of username and passwords, the relevant people from each dealership can access their monthly reports and reports from previous months.
