Network Repair Manager – Maintenance

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Network Repair Manager.
Job Purpose:
As the Network Repair Manager, your pivotal role involves developing and overseeing our repair network, which acts as a bridge between EMaC and our client services. This position demands strategic thinking, adept supplier relations, and a passion for automotive industry innovation. Your responsibilities include engaging, managing, negotiating, and cultivating relationships with our repair network. At times, you’ll source new providers before ultimately establishing our own Repair Network Service.
Job Summary:
- Prospect and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Negotiate competitive labour and parts discounts to optimise cost-efficiency.
- Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality control methods.
- Manage and expand supplier partnerships to ensure a robust network.
- Source and manage supporting systems crucial for operations
- Guarantee seamless integration of the network and its utilisation by operational teams.
- Develop a leading repair network in the UK that aligns with the long-term strategic goals of the company.
- Facilitate communication between clients, commercial teams, and operations regarding any Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) issues or complaints
What you’ll need:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in Network Management
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and management of client accounts.
- Significant experience in the UK Automotive Sector
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of experience in negotiation
- Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
- Have a growth mindset and embrace change
- Confident on approach
- General PC skills & experience in MS Office
- Attentive to detail
