To book a service or repair please follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Check your plan
- If your vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown, please check your plan carefully to establish that the fault is covered. Diagnosis of the fault by an approved repairer is required. Please don’t be overly concerned if you are unable to identify the fault, as we will direct you to your local repairer to carry this out for you.
- If you have a general enquiry, need any information regarding your Lifetime Warranty or need an update for an ongoing repair, then call our warranty experts on 0330 380 1059 or email us at warranty@emac.co.uk
Step 2 – Contact and book
- To book a service for your vehicle with EMaC’s nominated Service Agents, please click here. (Please note, this does not include main dealers)
- For any new repair bookings on your vehicle, please call 0121 798 1735 (Opening times 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm Saturday). Please be advised that you will be responsible for the diagnostic costs until EMaC has authorised the repair. If EMaC is unable to approve the repair, the diagnostic fee would remain your responsibility under the applicable Terms and Conditions
