John has been with Innovation Group since 2014, previously serving as sales director of the UK motor business. He became managing director at EMaC in January 2017. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this successful and rapidly growing operation and is looking forward to driving collaborative product development and ensuring that EMaC remains the leader in customer retention through its innovation in technology.

Adrian has helped EMaC to grow from a three-person business to its current scale. Prior to undertaking that journey he was a regional director at Standard Chartered Bank and a group general manager in the retail motor trade. Much of EMaC’s success is down to Adrian’s positive engagement with colleagues and customers alike. Having built a sector-leading commercial team, now the challenge is to oversee the transition of our commercial proposition from service plan specialist into a much broader ‘ownercare’ provider.
Laura is one of EMaC’s original six employees and has been with us since 2005. Her drive and personable, hands-on approach has helped guide the company through enormous growth, establishing administration departments, processes and service levels that broke new ground in the industry, leading the transition from the ‘faxed’ service plan to the today’s sophisticated online system. Current challenges are to keep EMaC leading the way on transparency and ensuring that our dealerships get the right support through GDPR and legislation changes.
Prior to joining EMaC in 2009, Steve worked for a number of major banks and finance houses in both motor and asset finance sales roles. He is an excellent relationship builder, creating a stable environment for strong working partnerships with our largest dealer group customers. Sales volumes have grown more than tenfold over the period of his involvement. He’s currently working on bringing to market the numerous new products and services that EMaC has in the pipeline.
Liam began at EMaC in 2010 as a dealer support advisor. He spent five years running our dealer support team in Crewe and is now applying his knack of “turning retention dreams into reality” as head of our commercial partners team. He’s excited “to be part of a forward-thinking IG company as we look to enhance our product portfolio in an increasingly digital world”, with particular focus on longer service intervals, changing vehicle ownership structure, electrification and autonomous driving technologies.
