What we're like

I feel very fortunate to have had excellent leaders and colleagues who gave me opportunities to hone new skills and exposure to the different areas of the business. My career progression goes from strength to strength, the company is good at giving you the opportunity to invest in your own future. Teamwork is huge part of the EMaC culture – a warm and friendly atmosphere where there’s always somebody you can bounce ideas off.

Rebecca Fowles, OEM account manager, joined June 2008

I started by providing support to the SDMs on the road, three months later became responsible for a team of three and 12 months later took my current role. I’m encouraged to apply my own stamp to my work and be creative in all that is current. These are exciting times within IG. The company has started to really grow and expand into other areas of the motor trade and I absolutely want to be part of that.

Andy Ward, Sales development manager (SDM), joined March 2015

I have been given excellent training and support from day one; EMaC is keen to understand and support the goals of their new employees. They are great at recognising and rewarding hard working staff. ‘Communications Days’ help everyone understand the company’s vision and make you feel involved and valued. I am currently the head of the ‘Culture Club’, which was created to ensure the different departments within EMaC closely interact.

Paige Tudor, EMaC support supervisor, joined July 2014

I am proud to be a part of an organisation that works so hard to maintain a positive, open and friendly culture. Taken from my own personal experiences, EMaC are dedicated to developing from within by encouraging the growth of the skills and strengths of its committed, hardworking people. I feel valued because I’m given the independence to manage my own projects, the freedom to work in a way that is best suited to me, and get excellent feedback. It’s a great feeling.

Emma Sidley Wiltshaw, Senior business operations trainer, joined January 2015
