The Ready To Go Package is designed to help you spread the cost of your vehicle’s scheduled maintenance and repairs, through interest-free monthly instalments. You can be assured your vehicle will be looked after by manufacturer-trained, professional technicians using the correct parts, oils and lubricants for your vehicle.

To book in for a service and/or repair work under your policy*, please follow the below steps:

Step 1 – Check your policy

  • If your vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown, please check your policy carefully to establish that the fault is covered. Diagnosis of the fault by an approved repairer is required. Please don’t be overly concerned if you are unable to identify the fault, your local Glyn Hopkin repairer will help you with this.

Step 2 – Contact and book

  • For Service and Repair requests, please contact your local Glyn Hopkins site directly and advise them that you have policy cover, they will then book you in for the relevant service and/or repair work. For a list of site contact details, please click here.  If your Ready To Go subscription includes Roadside Assistance, please call 0330 018 3448. Please check your Terms and Conditions to determine whether this is applicable.

Step 3 – Speak to our team

  • If you do not wish to use your local Glyn Hopkin site for your repairs (servicing work must be completed by the Glyn Hopkins Group) then contact our warranty experts on 0330 099 6815 who will advise you of your local approved repairer, or email warranty@emac.co.uk

Can I drive my car after reporting a failure?

If you require a repair, do not continue to use your vehicle as this may aggravate the problem and cause greater damage or put you at risk of accident. Driving with a fault may invalidate your warranty policy.

How long do I have to report any fault?

You must report any fault or potential fault to our team within 7 days of the incident occurs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the approved dealer/repairer, call our team before any work is undertaken.

Who do I need to contact?

You must have your servicing and repair work completed by an approved dealer. Please contact your local Glyn Hopkin site to book in for any servicing or repair work, as per step 2 above.

It is vital that all repairs are authorised by the warranty administrator to ensure the repair is covered under the terms of your agreement. Your chosen repairer will manage this process.
