New and exciting chapter for the business as EMaC becomes an integrated part of Solvd Group, a core asset of the Connected Platform strategy within the Mobility line of business.
To help support the transition, John O’Donnell has decided to step down as Managing Director of EMaC Limited as of May 31st 2026.

Liam Finney will assume responsibility for Service & Maintenance Plans within the Solvd structure. Liam provides continuity to EMaC’s clients having worked with the business since 2009. Liam will report into Norbert Dohmen (Global Managing Director, Innovation Group) and Sebastian Lins (Chief Market Officer, Solvd Group) to drive innovation and cross-sell of the wider group’s services.

Within this collaborative model, Allianz Partners and Solvd bring strong assets and capabilities to the table, such as trusted relationships with customers and partners, a solid physical network, advanced digital technology, robust data, and talented people. Allianz Partners world-class roadside assistance and innovative mobility solutions is complemented by Solvd’s comprehensive claims and repair management expertise. This combination positions Allianz to create a unique model in the mobility services sector – one that expands and enhances the customer experience in an even more frictionless, meaningful way,
