Liam Finney

Commercial Director

Liam began at EMaC in 2010 as a dealer support advisor. He spent five years running our dealer support team in Crewe and is now focussed on supporting some of our largest, corporate clients as director of our commercial partnerships team. He’s excited “to be part of a forward-thinking company as we look to enhance our product portfolio in an increasingly digital world”, with particular focus on electrification and the ever changing dynamic between consumer, dealer and car manufacturer.

Operations Director

Laura, with her impressive 19 years of service at EMaC, has been a driving force behind the company’s substantial growth. She played a pivotal role in establishing administration departments, streamlining processes, and setting service levels that revolutionised the industry. From the days of “faxed” service plans to today’s cutting-edge technology services, Laura has been at the forefront of innovation.  Laura has a particular focus on people. She actively fosters personal development, leveraging expert-led strategies. Her goal is to promote specialised services to both consumers and clients, all while championing a consumer-centric culture.  Laura continues to contribute to the EMaC business that thrives on exciting opportunities for its dedicated employees.

Steve Jackson

Key Account Director

Prior to joining EMaC in 2009, Steve worked for a number of major banks and finance houses in both motor and asset finance sales roles. He is an excellent relationship builder, creating a stable environment for strong working partnerships with our largest dealer group customers. Sales volumes have grown more than tenfold over the period of his involvement. He’s currently working on bringing to market the numerous new products and services that EMaC has in the pipeline.

Helen Quinton

Head of Finance

Helen has been with EMaC since 2006, originally joining the team as an accounts assistant.  After successfully progressing in her career, today Helen heads up the finance and reconciliation departments as Financial Controller. Helen is responsible for the continuous management of the financial statements and ensures appropriate accounting control procedures are adhered to within EMaC.  Helen successfully completed her CIMA qualification in 2020 and is now a Chartered Management Accountant.

Mike Foster

National Sales Director

Mike has been an integral part of EMaC since 2008. His contributions have been instrumental in growing the Service Plan business to the impressive levels we witness today. Despite this remarkable growth, Mike has consistently maintained a high standard of service and strong partnerships with our dealer clients.With over 30 years of industry experience, Mike’s journey includes roles at Renault Financial Services, Chartered Trust, and Sterling Insurance. His “can do” attitude has permeated throughout the Sales Team, fostering a collaborative spirit as they onboard new customers for our range of automotive retention solutions.  Mike’s dedication and expertise have played a pivotal role in EMaC’s success, and he continues to drive growth and excellence within our organization

Ross Brandrick

With 27 years of automotive expertise, Ross has navigated the industry’s dynamic landscape, leaving his mark across dealerships, finance, and insurance companies. Ross’s passion lies in value-added product development, streamlining sales processes, and crafting robust customer retention solutions.
As an experienced sales trainer, Ross has mentored industry professionals, instilling best practices and driving performance. Collaborating with our automotive partners, Ross successfully delivers initiatives while keeping consumer satisfaction at the forefront.

Chris Strong

Business Development Director

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive value-added sector, Chris brings a wealth of management expertise to EMaC.  Chris is dedicated to nurturing and developing relationships with dealer and OEM clients, as well as enhancing EMaC’s presence in the warranty and value-added products market.
Chris works closely with both existing and new clients across franchised and independent dealer sectors, as well as car supermarkets and OEMs, ensuring that EMaC continues to grow and thrive in a competitive industry
