To use your plan, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Check your plan

Please check your plan carefully to establish if the required repair is covered. You can find the Terms and Conditions here.  Please do not proceed with any service or repairs until the request has been authorised by us. 

Step 2 – Contact and book

• For any Breakdown Assistance enquiries, please call 0330 018 3448.
• For tyre repairs, please visit your local Kwik Fit or Halfords Autocentre, advising them that you have an EMaC Maintenance Plan.
• To book in for all other repairs or maintenance on your vehicle with EMaC’s nominated Service and Repair Network, please click here.
