EMaC are proud to sponsor the new charitable third kit of Motherwell FC’s Stephen O’Donnell, with all proceeds from the sale of the jerseys being split across 4 different suicide prevention and support charities.

Motherwell FC have teamed up with the Samaritans, Breathing Space, Childline and local charity ‘Chris’s House’ to launch their “Darkness To Light” luminous third kit, which will encourage fans who are struggling to speak up, speak out and be heard.

All proceeds from the sales of these new kits will be split equally between the four charities, who provide a vital first point of contact for those who are needing to talk or are feeling suicidal

The “Darkness To Light” theme will hopefully encourage people to use theses amazing services, which are sadly getting much busier in these difficult times and increase the visibility of what they do via the helpline numbers patch at the bottom of the shirt as well as raise vital funds to allow these charities to continue to keep helping people who need it most in the local community.

A number of our EMaC colleagues have recently trained as Mental Health First Aiders and we understand the need for people to have someone to turn to should they need to talk, so it’s great to see Motherwell FC raising the profile further”.
