Keyloop and EMaC are pleased to announce the launch of the first phase of our new partnership

EMaC and Keyloop have announced the first phase of a new partnership commencing this month.
Retailers selling EMaC service plans and using Keyloop’s dealer management system (DMS), can now automatically link customer records with existing service plans, removing the need to access different platforms.
The integration also includes Keyloop’s online service booking facility, a popular feature of many dealer websites. Customers with EMaC service plans will now be automatically recognised when they make a booking, speeding up the process.
“We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Keyloop and to go live with the first phase of our joint integration strategy,” said Liam Finney, EMaC’s Director of Commercial Partnerships.
Further phases of integration between EMaC and Keyloop will be announced over the course of the year.
“Dealers using Keyloop’s DMS will now be able to provide a more seamless journey benefiting both EMaC service plan customers and dealers. The integration removes the need for service advisors to manually navigate between systems to align records, and consequently reduces the retailer’s operational overheads,” said Sebastien Fabri, Partner Director at Keyloop.
