EMaC partners with Digital INNK to streamline maintenance repairs through the ViSN platform
EMaC, the automotive retention solutions specialist and provider of service plans, maintenance plans and subscription products, has selected Digital INNK’s ViSN platform to digitally manage and streamline its motor repair approval process.
Through the new partnership, EMaC will utilise the ViSN solution to manage the submission, approval and payment of maintenance repair requests from franchised dealerships and independent service centres. The platform provides a fully digital, end-to-end workflow that improves visibility, accelerates approvals and ensures consistent repair standards across EMaC’s repair network.
The move supports EMaC’s continued growth in maintenance and service plan products by enabling faster, more accurate repair processing while simplifying the experience for both repairers and consumers.
