Having joined the company in 2004, Cartwright has been ever-present in EMaC’s journey from humble beginnings to market leader. Throughout this time, Cartwright has worked in all areas of EMaC’s award-winning operations and been integral to establishing a culture committed to excellent customer service.
In her new role, Laura will oversee all operational aspects of EMaC’s strategy as the business expands its product offering, which now includes an innovative collection of Warranty products.
