EMaC integrates with Tjekvik to boost dealership aftersales efficiencies

EMaC has integrated with Tjekvik, the digital aftersales self-service tech provider.

Dealers with EMaC accounts and Tjekvik’s self-service kiosks, can now promote service and maintenance plans to customers checking in their vehicles for aftersales work.

“We’re excited to be working with Tjekvik as it is leading the way in automating aftersales processes to deliver better showroom experiences for customers and greater efficiencies for dealers,” said Liam Finney, EMaC Commercial Director.

“Our integration recognises when a customer’s vehicle does not have a service or maintenance plan, prompting an offer to purchase them.

“Dealers can also tailor which services they want to appear onscreen, enabling them to highlight in-store promotions from tyre warranties and alloy wheel protection to smart repairs,” he said.
